Our Garage-Exchange is a fast-fashion online retail destination serving customers worldwide. We strive to bring shoppers the trendiest styles, from design to concept, and straight to our customers’ doorstep.

BUYING COUNTER EXPLANATION
General Guidelines:
• Our buying counter is open 10-5pm every day .Please bring ID with you。
• We pay $1-$20 per item, we may pay a bit more for special items. This is left up to the discretion of the buyer.
• We will NOT buy clothing that smells of smoke or urine, is covered in animal hair or stains, or items with broken zippers, missing buttons, holes or tears.
• We generally only take 5%-30% of what people bring in. Please only bring one or two bags per day to not overwhelm the buyer. Please only come once per day so everyone can have a chance to sell.

Personal Note:
• As you are aware, the fashion industry changes overnight as does our demand. The OUR GARAGE staff is not against you, but they will only buy items that are selling currently. It does not mean that they think your clothing is unstylish! The buyer has an extremely difficult job of keeping up with what is selling and what is not, so please be patient and kind.
• We are also running a business and trying to bring something unique and fun to Reno. Being in business means trying to make a living for us and our staff. We are sorry if you are having financial difficulties, we truly are. However, we will not take something off your hands just to help you out. we need to pay rent utilities, payroll, etc…
